If you’ve ever joined us for dinner #CasaDeSohn or have seen any of my pictures you’ll know I’ve been heavily influenced from my experience in Asia and through my lovely family on my husbands side. Additionally, Jamie Oliver, Matt Moran and some other incredible chefs who adopt the family style of eating have been incredible influences.
I love sharing. I love seeing everyone dig in and enjoy food, conversation and laughter. So, I’m known for loading up my huge cutting boards and getting everything onto the table so we can all feast. Whether it be a main meal or a cheese platter that’s been created as a grazing place for the day… I love my boards.
Most recently for my brother’s intimate wedding, I offered to create grazing boards for the cocktail hour. I created the most amazing planks filled with all my secret ingredients, and I was amazed at how those big old planks became the feasting point and great source of conversation.
Boards are versatile, they can be used individually or family-style and they make clean up so much easier. Let us know if you’re interested 🙂
